Beginning Yoga for Recovery

In this class, we will learn yoga practices that support the connection of mind and body to create better harmony and balance for a healthier life. During the course of instruction, we will learn beginning yoga poses and breathing techniques that encourage self-reflection and introspection.

Sally Boland is an avid sailor and reader. She is passionate about yoga and teaching. Sally is currently a yoga teacher in training at the University of Utah and aspires to teach and practice yoga with people in recovery. Her classes are warm, loving, and welcoming.
