Workshop Description
Gokhale Method Foundations is the core offering of the Method. In six lessons, you can change your habits efficiently and profoundly through a combination of verbal explanation, visual materials and gentle hands-on guidance.

About the Facilitator
Lori has been teaching and empowering people in the wellness industry
for 20+ years in Atlanta, GA.
After undergoing a lumbar fusion, Lori was thrilled to discover the Gokhale
Method. With her passion for helping people create and maintain a healthy body
and lifestyle, becoming a teacher for the Gokhale Method was a perfect fit.
Lori was personally trained by Esther Gokhale and is ready to help you live a happy, healthy and pain free life!
