Introduction to dynamic meditation

When you lose touch with inner stillness, you lose touch with yourself. When you lose touch with yourself, you lose yourself in the world. (Eckhart Tolle)

The thing that we so essentially seek, is simply stillness amidst this chaos. A great believer of this, Vellachi is drawn to meditative practices that deliver us into stillness and silence, our most natural state of being.  She has come to realize the power of active meditation in bringing clarity and growth through her own life experiences. Having started her personal yoga and meditation practices over 10 years ago, she has been facilitating active meditation sessions since 2014. She is also a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance.

Dynamic meditation is an especially powerful technique. It presents a unique opportunity to truly release – to scream, to shout, to cry, to vent, to rant. We often hold so much in that we don’t realize how much baggage we are holding on to subconsciously. After catharsis, it systematically brings one through a journey of renewal, witness, gratitude and finally – stillness and silence.
