Teaching yoga, for me, is about sharing these tools that have been an important part of my own health and wellness for over 20 years. I’m an alignment nerd, and take as many workshops and training’s related to functional movement for a functional life as I can. I’m also an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, which helps me add a seasonal and daily life balance focus to my teaching. I’d love to help you discover some details to enable you to deepen your own practice, whether in a yoga class or in a private session. When not teaching or taking a class, you’ll find me rock climbing, nordic skiing, cooking, knitting, reading, etc. Join me for a class or a private session!
