Qigong pronounced (chee gung) means energy cultivation. This class is a mind-body moving meditation that combines gentle, flowing movements with stretching, conscious breathing, and self-massage.  Benefits include improving your balance and posture. Decreasing stress with present moment awareness—giving you clarity, and a sense of peace to continue with your day. No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.

Class Description: Breathwork is a modality that has been around for thousands of years and used in many cultures across the globe. In this 60 minute class we will practice Conscious Connected Breathwork, which allows us to induce an altered state of consciousness by intentionally changing our breathing pattern. Through this process, we safely create an excess of energy throughout the body, and as it disperses, we give our body the opportunity to release stuck or stored energy and trauma, and clear blockages both physical and emotional. Every session will deliver a completely new experience.
