The Soulful Second Sunday series continues but this time not the second Sunday (due to the Super Bowl) on February 1st 2026, from 3-5 pm at Vitalize Community Studio.

Join us every month for an uplifting afternoon of music, connection, and community featuring the soulful sounds of Mary Tebbs, Will Baxter and drummer Mike Sorich.

7:00 PM: Yin Yoga

02/01/2026

Alyssa Kriss will be teaching the class January, February, and March while Lucy is away. Come and enjoy the regular class.

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissue in chronically stiff areas of the body through supported, simple poses held for 3-5 minutes each.  Areas of the hips, spine, shoulders, for example, have more fascia and connective tissue than some other areas, so gets lots of attention in this class.

No yoga experience is required and this format is beneficial for everyone from beginners to advanced yogis — and athletes will get a great benefit as will students who are just touching their toe into the water of rejuvenation and heath.

7:00 PM: Women's Full Moon Dance

02/28/2026

The Women’s Full Moon Dance meets on the Saturday closest to the full moon to immerse ourselves in the healing power of dance, reconnect with our bodies, and nourish our spirits. We create a safe, sacred space—a place to move from the inside out, to nurture your soul, and to simply be yourself. We practice non-judgment and letting go of comparing our dance to anyone else's.
