Teachers: Kristi Smith and Jodi. This is strictly a women's-based group dance class focused on somatic movement and creativity. It is a lovely space to talk, check in on self, move through body expression and love the experience of being alive. This class gathers from 11:30am to 1:00pm. Grief was never meant to be traversed in isolation. We need community and witnessing of our sorrow and pain. The days of loneliness in our grieving can come to an end if we allow ourselves to be vulnerable and open with others who are also suffering.
Are you in need of some Grief Support?
Would you like to gather with other grievers and be compassionately witnessed together?
Are the world events and horrific deaths and suffering causing feelings of hopelessness and helplessness?
Would you like to transmute and lift some of the heavy density that we hold when grief weighs on our hearts?
