Yin Yoga targets the connective tissue in chronically stiff areas of the body through supported, simple poses held for 3-5 minutes each.  Areas of the hips, spine, shoulders, for example, have more fascia and connective tissue than some other areas, so gets lots of attention in this class.

No yoga experience is required and this format is beneficial for everyone from beginners to advanced yogis — and athletes will get a great benefit as will students who are just touching their toe into the water of rejuvenation and heath.

9:30 AM: Morning Qigong with Sifu Toni

Qigong pronounced (chee gung) means energy cultivation. This class is a mind-body moving meditation that combines gentle, flowing movements with stretching, conscious breathing, and self-massage.  Benefits include improving your balance and posture. Decreasing stress with present moment awareness—giving you clarity, and a sense of peace to continue with your day. No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.

Class Description: Breathwork is a modality that has been around for thousands of years and used in many cultures across the globe. In this 60 minute class we will practice Conscious Connected Breathwork, which allows us to induce an altered state of consciousness by intentionally changing our breathing pattern. Through this process, we safely create an excess of energy throughout the body, and as it disperses, we give our body the opportunity to release stuck or stored energy and trauma, and clear blockages both physical and emotional. Every session will deliver a completely new experience.

Lucy's Restorative Yoga is a style that encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is appropriate for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners. It is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds in relaxing poses often, supported by props, such as bolsters, blocks, and folded blankets. Restorative practice is mostly non-weight-bearing and uses stillness, deep breathing and some meditative qualities. Each year more and more research confirms the benefits for stress reduction, physiological improvements, and heightened well-being.

The Women's Full Moon Dance co-created by a group of magnificent women that have been gathering for over 20 years on the Saturday closest to the Full Moon to explore the medicine of movement and ecstatic dance, to reconnect with body and spirit in sacred community space.

*No experience needed

*Newcomers always welcome

*Light facilitation - Focus is mostly on dance

*Hearing safe volume levels of music

*No talking on the dance floor
